a few days on a dose is nowhere near long enough to see how you feel. it may have worked a lot quicker when you first started but I know from experience increases take much much longer. you need to give each dose you try 8 weeks atleast. you may feel better sooner. maybe longer but a few days isn't enough.

personally I would try 15mg first for a while as I find if I go too high I feel horrific depression wise.

is it possible it's just a blip and will pass in time? it's normal to have setbacks and blips years into your medication. but 9/10 times with enough time it will pass.

Yes as potatoghost says. It's very likely that an increase will cause such side effects like increased anxiety and distress, even on just the small increase of 5mg. It takes some time to get into your system and then you will start to expect to feel the side effects again for a few weeks. It's like starting all over again on this medication unfortunately so you have to just see it through. Just take each day at a time and try your best to stay positive because it will settle and you will start to feel better again in time.
