Hello. I was hit by a live bullet in the left thigh, which caused me a critical case of complete lack of fusion in the left leg, as well as a case of loss of sensation, numbness, and severe pain in separate parts of the foot, thigh, knees, muscle pain and severe pain in the place of injury. Specifically, and now the problem is aggravated, because the weight of the whole body has become on the right foot, and because I have a tear in the cartilage in the right knee due to the heavy pressure on it. My request is that the doctor I follow with him in the GP clinic does not have any experience with bullet injuries and the accompanying problems of physical problems, needs and psychological problems, so that he did not show me to any specialist for such accidents

Mohamed you probably need a physiotherapist to help with the physical problems first. If you are in UK ask your GP to refer you. Although I'm guessing you are not in UK.

Not sure what you mean by Demers but you should go back to your GP and ask for pain relief. If the first one you are given doesnt work then ask for something different and keep going back until you have found the pain medication that suits you. You wont be able to buy stronger pain relief in any UK shop apart from Paracetamol or Ibuprofen, but your doctor should be able to help. There are many different types you can try. GPs will always prescribe mild pain killers first and then gradually go on to the more potent ones. Dont give up.
