Is there anybody in here, or elsewhere, who would offer me a second opinion on my recent MRI brain / IAMS scan (no contrast)

Im still waiting on the report and I dont know what I am looking at when I glance at the images

All I can advise is that the images should be reported by someone who is an expert in the body part being scanned. There is little to be gained by having a "jack of all trades" report on something when an expert will often pick up things that a generalist will miss.

And as to you not knowing what to look for when looking at the scans. Don't worry. I have many scans every year and still don't know precisely what to look for on a scan.

Just check the chemicals are good and normal, and the ligaments of the brain are functioning well and its all in tact. The doctor will tell you if something is not normal.
