mri assymetry

my brain mri showed an assymetry in ny hippocampal gyri. the docs are unsure of what can cause it.(brain structure was normal when I had an mri 15yrs ago).

could ir be because of epilepsy?has anyone heard of it before?

    I see that assymetry means atrophy. so I have a hippocampal atrophy now in my brain, and I dont have any other symptom of any other disease which coukd cause this

    I'm not sure, I always end upon Google looking things up I want to know, don't know if thats a good thing. But if your brain thing was serious I'm sure the docs would have done something so I wouldn't stress or worry, my mri results showed white matter liasons but wasn't anything to worry about even though I was really surprised.
