MRI results

any one else had this was diagnosed with siatica by 2 physiotherapists due to the back and leg pain lasting 4 years now after a car crash been sent to physiotherapy more times than I can count and just recently had a lumbar spine MRI done without the dye the results were a slightly bulging disc and minor wear and tear in a couple of other discs with no discs pressing on nerves ect can a MRI miss things or be wrong? the pain is a 9 out of 10 if someone presses my lower back i cant run or jog if i sleep on my back or stomach i wake up in alot of pain all the pain is in my lower back where my spine is with right leg/hip pain on occasion so bad i can hardly walk

    Bulging disc can be painful. PT can help or aggravate. Most disc issues are treated by non invasive treatments at first. As time passes and the disc problem is still interfering with life and severe pain then see a back specialist . There are other treatments that can repair and treat the disc from causing pain.
