MRI results - anyone else with the same?

I just received my MRI results with & without contrast on my cervical, thoracic, and lumbar.
This is what the results mean from what I've researched. Let me know if I'm wrong: I have a bone spur between T-11 & T-12 pressing on my spinal cord sac causing central stenosis. And my lower back has some straightening but they said that can be from spasm or sprain.
Anyone else have this? What are the treatment options, if so? I see my neurologist next Monday but I didn't want to wait for results so I looked online through a patient portal.
Here is what the exact results said incase anyone's interested:
Cervical: normal
Thoracic: "there is a small T-11 T-12 central disc osteophyte complex with mild enhancement. No significant central stenosis or foraminal narrowing."
Lumbar: "At T-11 T-12 there is a central posterior disc osteophyte, effacing the thecal sac anteriorly, resulting in only minimal central stenosis, with narrowing the thecal sac diameter to approximately 9 mm"

May I ask what your symptons were? Sorry,I may have missed that post. I have had a lot of different symptons, thinking am I just tense and crazy. I have had stomach problems at first, gas in esophagus, stomach protruding, to the point of having breathing problems, back hurts and leg weakness to the point I can't walk.I know my spine has repositioned also causing bowell problems. (Cervical neck minimal ) going on 4 months and no ansews. Last visit said to be checked for hernia??? Wish I could go back to way I was. At least my body was moving around without back pain and stiffness. Hope you get straightend out. Keep us posted....
