Impression: straightening of normal lumbar lordosis. At c5-c6 posterior right disc bulge, associated with marginal osteophytes. Such findings obliterate the right foraminal exit where the right c6 nerve root may be affected, clinical correlation is advised.

my symptoms are numbness and tingling in right arm going to thumb and forefinger, pain in the neck, headaches, loss of grip. Thanks in advance for any help. X

You have a trapped nerve in your neck, and a bulging disc.
