MRI Tomorrow- scared!

Hello... I am 38 years old today is actually my birthday and tomorrow I am having an MRI to try to determine if I have any lesions that could indicate MS. My main symptoms are extreme fatigue, a very strange burning sensation that comes and goes in my left leg... It's almost like someone is holding a hot water bottle to it and I've had some Tremors and weakness on my right side. But the main thing that concerns me is this constant fatigue... I have 4 children and I am a pastor and I just have no ambition or wherewithal to do anything!

All of my bloodwork is normal... I am a very healthy woman aside from these symptoms I don't have thyroid issues I'm not anemic and so it's a mystery as to why I am so tired. I have had bouts of tiredness before similar to this but this is the longest lasting and I've never had these are physical symptoms along with it. Anyway I would love to hear how long I can expect before I will receive my results and if no lesions are shown then what other tests might be ordered? I also have a cousin who has Ms and I have had some bladder issues and heat tolerance issues that's what concerns me about Ms. But I am also very concerned that I might have a brain tumor or something more serious.

I am just looking for a support group as I start this journey... Hopefully it is not MS but at the same time I just need some answers as to what is wrong with me! Also one other question... Even if no lesions are determined can doctors sometime still treat for Ms even if a firm diagnosis is not made? Thank you in advance for all of your help!

Hello I have ms and get fatigue, you have to kearn to pace yourself because doing too much can bring it on, irs nit a tired you can sleep off, its a be kind to yourself tired. I hope you don't have MS but please don't think it's a death sentence. If it's RRMS you can have long periods of little ir no symptoms. Mum had MS sge died last October but it was shock from am emergency op. She was 80. Stay cool, literally as heat usnt good for ms and hit and cokd sensations are common. Kindest Lorraine

Thanks for your responses. I had the MRI and they gave me a CD with the images. The report was very brief and said it was negative for masses...said nothing about lesions. It was signed my the radiologist who was present. Should i give the copies to a neurologist? Or is the radiologist's report sufficient? This was a non- contrast MRI.
