MRI With no contrast

I had an MRI done yesterday about an hour after I got out I was feeling great before and then all of a sudden I had severe nausea and my stomach was in knots constantly! after a couple hours it finally subsided but then it would come and go all day long until about 3 AM! The doctors office is telling me that this has nothing to do with the MRI but I never felt like this and the only thing that was different was the MRI yesterday has anyone had this feeling because they had no contrast and they’re saying I should’ve had nothing that would make me feel like this with an MRI
