Hello I am knew to this .I have read a lot on the Internet about this problem and am still a bit confused as to what sort of footwear is the best to buy.Could you give me some advice please.

    My daughter was advised to wear trainers. Try buying gel inserts to put in your shoes.

      Any sneaker with stability control(NB/Acics) , but I suggest a custom orthotics if the condition persists past three months.

      For at home. A sandal with arch support. Some people swear by Birkenstocks, others Oofa.
