I have bile salt mal absorption and have been getting a pain in the right hand side of my abdomen for a few months now. I had an ultra sound and have a fatty enlarged liver. I believe the pancreas is linked to bile salt and wondered if this was where my pain was? I get acid reflux and this has damaged my osoephegus so I am on tablets to help this. As an aside, I have also recently had a TIA so am getting fed up with being ill!
