you are definitely not alone! When I was in my late 20s I suddenly developed weakness, tingling in various parts of my body, heat sensations, floaters in my eyes,, Muscle twitches all over, feeling like something is crawling on my scalp or face, and several more. I thought for sure I had MS!! especially since my aunt had it I thought I inherited it. My dad took me to a neurologist and I had all sorts of testing done including an MRI and it came out perfectly normal.

every single one of my sensations was due to long-term stress and anxiety! When anxiety comes on, it tends to produce sensations in the nervous system that’s why a lot of people think they have MS. . But if your MRI was normal then you do not have MS! There are other non-serious reasons for those sensations., And that includes anxiety and stress. You have to believe the results of the testing otherwise you will just be miserable for nothing .

I want you to know that I am now in my 60s and I am perfectly healthy. Over those years, when I would get anxious some of those sensations would come back but I basically ignore them and they go away because I know they are not harmful and they are produced by anxiety.

I highly suggest for you that you relax your mind and body as much as possible. The more you worry about this the more symptoms will stick around. try to think of what in your life is creating anxiety and stress. That’s the important thing to do right now. You can speak to a counselor about this. You’re going to be OK! There are millions of people around the world that have these exact sensations from anxiety. You could even read about a lot of them right on this site. YouTube has some great meditations to relax your mind and body. Private message me anytime!
