Hi Pauline. Where do you live? Have you been going to any physical therapy sessions since October?

Hi Pauline, I had TKR Feburary 2018. Had an MUA Janurary 2019. First six weeks knee was so swollen it was hard to bend. Swelling has gone down, but muscles in my calf have been so tight that the back of my leg would pop when trying to bend knee. Getting lots of messages and seems to be getting.

SO hang in here. Keep exercising, icing and elevating. You'll get there.

    Take care and good luck.

Hi Pauline, thought I'd update on my status. On the nineteenth I went to my therapy session. My PT came up to me and asked if I wanted to try something new called th Waveshock. I laughed cause I thought it was a joke. My calf muscles were so tight it made my knee hard to bend. So I tried it and I felt a difference. Weekend went by went back on Tuesday and used it again. The following day I was hurting. By Thursday I totally felt the difference. Have lot less stiffness and can bend the leg a lot more. Also PT suggested wearing compression socks. Hopefully this will be it for me. Hoping you find your relieve soon. Good luck
