Mucle wasting on entire right side of body

 Hi,

I have muscle wasting on my entire right side of body. From Right face chin to right foot. I have burning sensation and pain too,

1) In right foot when i stand

2) In right thig and buttock when i sit

3) In right arm and shoulder when i hold anything

4) In right back when i sleep

Totally entire right side is having burning sensation, pain and clear muscle wasting.

All MRI, Neuro graph and Brain MRI are normal. Doctors are unable to find.

 I have been suffering this since 2015. I spent So much money on this but could not find cure.

Could any body pls help me. I am dying every day.

    Please see a neuromuscular specialist. How did it start other symptoms?

      Sure. I will visit.

      The symptoms i mentioned started in the late 2015 and progressing. It started first at right shoulder and leg. Later it spread entire right side. 

      Can i get any releif if i meet Neuro muscular?

      Well it depends on what caused the atrophy. Have you had a emg?

      How is your speech and or throat can you swallow talk normal?

      Yes. I did EMG. And it is normal. Doctor said all variances are normal.

      I got Lymph TB in begining of 2015 and used tablets ti cure till End of 2015. Soon after completion of TB medicine course, i started feeling this starnage muscle wasting feeling.

    Did you have any muscle cramps or twitching? Do you have weakness of the muscles? Are you able to see a.neuromuscular neurologist? How old are you? You could have a few things. Some they can help you with and one they can't.

      I have muscle cramps. But i could not see any twiching.

      I met lot of neurologists , neurosurgeons and rhemetologists. But i never met neuromuscular. 

      I am 27 years old. 

      My muscle wasting started with muscle wasting and now i also have weakness, pain and burninig sensation on my right side.

      You have been through a terrible ordeal. I would suggest having a neuromuscular neurologist check you out and get all labs done for everything. I am not sure what is causing your muscle wasting I was concerned about ALS but normal emg rules that out. The burning in tour muscles could be CIDP chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy. Or it could be another form of polyneuropathy. It could also be multiple motor neuropathy normal emg rules out all of itthough. Neuromuscular neurologist are better trained to do emg and figure out these issues if the muscle. So try to see one asap.
