Mucopurulent discharge after myomectomy.

I had a myomectomy on the 28 January. I had 22 fibroids removed and the largest was about 12cm. one week after Po i had sepsis and my doctor placed me on antibiotics and i started feeling better after 3weeks.

my biggest concern is that one week p.o I started having persistent mucopurulent discharge (muco mixed with pus). I use pads everyday cause the discharge is much. I thought the discharge will stop ones i see my period. my period came on 7th week but was accompanied with the discharge, very scanty and without any cramps. The discharge continue after my period and my doctor has done nothing about it and it's been nine weeks now. I don't know if this is a complications as a result of the surgery, or will the discharge go away with time? I want to know if there is anyone with similar experience.
