Mucus in right side of my throat

Hey, this problem makes me CRAZY!!!

I got mucus right side of my throat. I have had this problem for 7 months. I went to throat,nose, ear specialist doctor and he checked me and told me that I should go to take allergy and blood test. Nothing showed up from the tests and he said that my nose and throat looks good. I still can feel mucus in right side of my throat 24/7. Life is not hard with it, it is just very annoying. Im only 24 years old and Im wondering should I already have these type of problems. Im trying to cut sugar and wheat but It have not been helping. I have been using nicotine products for a long time and Idk can it cause it? Im using nicotine pouches and I dont think those are the reason neither. All what doctor said was keep using nasal washer daily, it should relief the feel of mucus. Any tips guys? Idk why Im worrying so much about this, even tho the doctor said that I should not be worried. Maybe because I can feel the mucus all the time or because I cant find the solution.. Eating and drinking reliefs the feel of the mucus.
