    Hiya...

I've always told people never to take multi vitamins.....just not natural. Just eat a good balanced diet. Make sure you drink milk/tea with meals to help lower iron absorption, the usual things we iron folk have to do. But, a good diet should mean that none of us should need multi vitamins. Only my opinion, but there's always something not quite natural about all these multi vitamins pills.

hi Mike thank you for your reply. Yes I do agree it is always best to get vitamins etc from what you eat but I have not been well lately and I know when I have taken a supplement of this kind in the past (obviously without iron) for some unknown reason maybe it is psychological but I do feel much better. Also I can go for sometime without taking anything and as soon as I get a cold or something else I know I have to look for a vitamin supplement which will always make me feel better! There are some but I can't remember their names that are more natural which I am hoping to find.thank you for your reply it is appreciated.
