I have constant flank pain I have multiple bilateral cysts in upper and lower poles all measured 3 sides I keep getting more and more in the past 2 years my kidney function seems fine I am told theres nothing they can do and don't seem concerned

My cysts are about 2.9 in both kidneys. They check them every 6 months with ultrasound. I have flank pain most of the time. The doctor told me it's muscular pain. The pain gets so intense I can't pick up my leg. I am not overweight. I am 5'5" and 105 pounds. I am on the kidney diet for stage 3 kidney disease. My gfr is 40. I really feel the pain is from my kidneys.
