Multiple PAEs for BPH

Has anyone had more than one PAE that helped their BPH problems? If it did help, what was done differently - change of doctor; different technique; etc? Thanks.

I know two people that three PAEs. One patient, each one helped more. The other, the patient changed doctors on the third PAE and it made a great difference.
