Multiple Pimples/rash on Penis and I don’t know what it is

hi , i noticed one pimple on my penis and its keeps increasing day by day. I haven't had sexual intercourse in a month and when i did it was with a girl who has no symptoms and only has been with me. I also have a bump in my groin and it doesn't look like the genital herpes pictures online. Does anyone have an idea of what I can have or what's wrong with it.imageimage
