muscle aches after covid jab

hi anyone had bad muscle ache , after having the injection astra . but to be honest been having these all year due to lock down . but last few days been on the net to see what dr google as to offer. (exercise ) even J Wicks .well balanced diet, Nope that not working,

Not tried this yet but going to try Carnosine/ histidine see if can build some muscle with bit of exercise , think i have Nephropathy in calf muscles and feet , or it just the statins , but according to some reports that is a Nocebo effect,
