Can anxiety make you feel like you want to clench all the muscles in your body ? It’s an annoying feeling makes me think what if it’s not anxiety what if it’s neurological

    yes anxiety can do this.

you feel very uptight and most of the time clench without even knowing it.

Jenna,I get this too, especially when my anxiety Is severe. Mostly my legs but I've noticed many times that I hold my body very rigid. I've been trying to be Aware and relax it when I notice and have done some exercises for muscle relaxation on YouTube

Yep anxiety can cause this and I know how frustrating it is. My muscles are always tight and my jaw clenching is literally 24/7 which is damaging my teeth. I tried something out the other day called body scanning, basically clearing your mind (in a comfortable position) and focusing on one body part after another from head to toe, understand and notice each sensation etc. This really helped with understanding my own body more and also very relaxing because of the level of focus. There should be a short video on YouTube on body scanning.
