Muscle injuries

Hi all so I've been through the mill quite a bit finally got there and what I was panicking about possibly being als has finally been said by my pain consultant given all my past medical tests from neurologist rheumatologist physiotherapy the e.e.g tests I've had all my mri ct scans live muscle biopsies that I have functional neurological disorder and fibromyalgia. I do also have hypermobile eds and osteoarthritis in multiple sites. my question is to those who have been suffering with this and diagnosed much longer than me do any of you find you get muscle injuries more easily since being diagnosed. I used to be a body builder and an intense gym going to say the least and have had my fair share of torn muscles tendon ruptures ect in the past but I'm finding in the areas where I'm constantly tight I'm getting what feels like the same thing muscle tears ect. my hands and the arches of my feet have been awful in the last week out of nowhere plantar fascitis I think its called the muscles or tendons between my fingers near my ring and little finger while I was turning a knob to tighten something to the car roofbox I got a sudden shap pain and then bruising or at least the feeling of deep bruising . then after a longish walk while struggling that day I got what I believe is called shin splints and so I went pressing my shins to find where the pain was coming from the following day I'm covered in bruises. and then today I'm finding noises and lights are really hurting me . already suffering with many symptoms from stiff neck painful joints headaches muscle twitching skin thats been super sore to touch I haven't been able to hug the other half or kids because of it. really bad fatigue sore dry eyes and sore throat and horrible pain just in every muscle with pains that seem to be playing some sort of game of chase around my body . is this all fairly typical of fibromyalgia am I to expect this forever or is this likely a flare up. I've been struggling with things feeling super heavy too and it feels like my muscles are straining massively to do the job intended for them yet that can subside and I'm able to actually do the task without issue . more confusion of what just happend. I've been trying to manage with my melatonin at night to help try keep me asleep but its stopped helping about 3 days ago and now the pains are waking me up more and more
any input from anyone would be highly appreciated .
