Muscle/ Nerve / tendon pain

For the past 4 weeks I've been having nerve type or muscle type pain jumping around ..its really quick. To be honest, I really don't know if it's the nerves or muscles. It hits my toes, arms, fingers, legs, butt, bottom of feet, hands, etc. If I move around too much it gets worse. It makes me want to scream!! The weirdest thing is that at night it calms down. Has anyone experience this? I just want to feel well again.

    hi Mary - i get a variety of sensations....sometimes i just get plain tingling in extremities like hands, feet & then i get what feels like a sunburn, but isnt hot to the touch & that i generally get on my back, neck, chest, front of legs & tops of feet and just recently my forearms. i also get an internal vibration, doesnt happen often, but i do get that from time to time. lately though i have gotten a nerve sensation that literally feels like my nerves have been plugged into an electrical outlet & with it comes crazy anxiety & that generally happens in the early morning hours, so i think it has to do with cortisol/blood sugar & anxiety. i really have issues with all of it & just wonder when its going to stop. i dont know if its menopause/anxiety/thyroid/ or blood sugar causing it.

    Yes, me too! usually it's my thigh, or fingers, sometimes my arms. It happens off and on.

    Hi Mary,

    I have been suffering all kind of pain, needling, tingling, pinching all around the body, muscle and bone pain, insects clawing inside my body and my skin, muscle twitches, electronic shock, firework inside the body and so on and on. Now I feel my cloth likes needle and knife. I do not know if there is any more. I was very depressed, but now I do care anymore. Get used to all of these. It is painful, But we have to live , what can we do? It will pass eventually.
