It all started 4 years I got sudden lower left back pain. I am now 20 years old female. I went to multiple doctors emergency rooms and they say prolly just muscle sprain but it never went away. My back hurts when I walk sometimes and when I lay on my stomach. I’ve even felt burning sensation on my back. I got a X-ray it turned out normal. All of a sudden lately things have completely went down the drain. I’m talking muscles twitches, toe twitches, both arm twitching and constant burning sensation. Burning sensation when I hold my phone to my ear or brush my teeth even when relax constant burning. Electrical shocks all over body. Muscle soreness all over body. Normal vitamin b12 folic acid, no Ana detected, no rhumetoid arthritis, normal Ck levels. Can someone help give advice I type of my symptoms online and als popped up now I’m afraid. Can back pain cause all these problems

It sounds like something neurological is going on - perhaps a pinched nerve somewhere?  Or maybe a muscle impingement somewhere?  Either of those could cause your symptoms.   How's your neck? The problem could be stemming from there and you wouldn't even know it.  You may be getting worse because the culprit hasn't been diagnosed and resolved so with each move your body is compensating and creating more muscle imbalances.  Maybe you should see a neurologist and get an MRI of your spine.  Pain management specialists may be able to help with your symptoms.  Sometimes, just getting your muscles back in balance and some physical therapy to strengthen weak muscles and loosened tight, overworked muscles is the answer.  Unfortunately, it's will probably involve a multi pronged approached to get to the bottom of your condition.  Personal trainers who specialize in corrective exercise are a good option too, that, of course, providing your symptoms aren't a sign of something other than what I've suggested.  I'm not doctor, but I have had experience with impingement and pinched nerves.  I use a foam roller a lot and experiment with different stretching positions to help determine where my culprit lies.  Good luck.
