I have had severe and I mean severe pain in my brain I thought I was having a brain bleed it keot happening but Dr didn't take me serious until u just took myself there whilst having one. Dr said muscle spasm in my head. I hope you haven't MS but please don't fret if you do, its not a death sentence. Use pain cream on your beck, it will help relax muscles. I get pins and needles so sharp its like electric shock, they come and go. Avoid stress and good luck. Hope you have a good Xmas

I use any in a tube, volterol, Tesco own brand, or diclifenac all anti inflammatory. I also use self hyp/relaxation I'm a qualified hypnotherapist. I use it for back spasms. The names will be different in USA. I used to get really bad foot/ankle problem and have a foot brace but that's only occasionally now and the orthotic told me alchohol will make it worse because it relaxes you, not that I'm a drinker but the odd glass if wine and Christmas is here ;-)

You haven't been diagnosed with MS yet?

I have constant spasms throughout my neck and spine. I've had the spasms so long that they don't feel like spasms anymore. My neck lost it's curvature due to them and bulging and ruptured discs.

I get the feeling that an ice pick is jabbing into my brain sometimes.

Tingling in the hands and feet can be caused by other things. Medications, diabetes poor blood circulation etc...

I hope you find your answer but you really don't want MS.
