Please please do not Google your symptoms! You can take just about any symptoms and it will go along with just about any condition. For instance, if somebody is having chest pain that does not necessarily mean they're having a heart problem . Chest pain can also be caused from anxiety, indigestion, gas, and many other things. Our minds tend to jump to the worst case scenario. What it tells you on Google does not pertain to your unique individual situation so you scare yourself for no reason.
I can also tell you that when I was in my 20s I had your exact same symptoms. I thought I had MS or something terrible. Nothing was wrong and all my tests came out normal. It was all anxiety related! The fact that you have muscle spasms in your legs bum cheeks and tells me it's anxiety. I called them little muscle twitches which are very common with anxiety. It is not a typical initial symptom of MS. Google is just telling you the possible conditions you could find it in but that doesn't mean that you have the condition.
Many athletes get the muscle twinges or spasms because of how they use their muscles. I had them all over my body and when I'm anxious I still get a few occasionally but I just ignore them because they are essentially harmless.
i'm trying to relieve your mind a little bit because I've been through all of this and you have suffered for 20 years with anxiety. I have also suffered with it for about 30 years and I have had the twitches on and off all that time and nothing bad is ever happened. Any symptoms related to anxiety cannot hurt you! They feel weird and scary but they can't do more than that. You can control all of this if you learn how to relax your mind. What happens is when we are anxious our brain things we are in danger so it gets all riled up and sons old adrenaline to protect us. When there's no actual danger, all that energy has to go somewhere so it comes out as the symptoms we feel. Our brain and body is trying to tell us that it is overstressed. Listen to your body because when you get symptoms it's time to take control of the anxiety.
I spoke with the counselor which really helped me.
The other thing that really calm down my mind and symptoms was listening to meditations on YouTube for anxiety. They are excellent and there so many to choose from! Many of them teach you how to separate anxiety from yourself and negative thinking. Doctors can't do much except prescribe medication so we have to take control and not let anxiety control us. The worst thing you can do is get anxious when you feel symptoms because everything will get worse. You have to take the attitude of "I will be fine. This cannot hurt me. And it will pass."
I basically ignore any symptoms and they eventually subside. Don't let fear take you over. Enjoy your life, do things that relax your mind that you enjoy, try not to take life too seriously like I did which caused all my problems with symptoms, don't forget to laugh and smile! You will be fine once you get this under control but in the meantime the symptoms are harmless. If you're really struggling, and you need peace of mind have your doctor order an MRI, But honestly, with what you said on here it sounds exactly like overwhelming anxiety.
Hope you feel better soon! And be good to yourself! ??😁

We all think the worst at first. We want the most terrible explanation to explain to ourselves and others what's wrong with us. It's easier to tell someone you have MS than to tell them you have anxiety disorder. The other person would be a lot more understanding and empathetic to your having MS, than if you try to explain you have anxiety disorder which they probably can not relate with. All we know is we feel like crap, muscle spasms, shakes, sweats and we want the most simple and sometimes most horrible reason to tell ourselves why we are feeling that way. And we all just want it to end. I am sorry you feel this way. But you are not alone.
