Do you get a funny cramping feeling in your fingers before they twitch? Does the pulsing sensation in your leg feel like bubbles under skin (the feeling is hard to put into words, but that's only way I can explain it)? If so, then I can virtually guarantee you've got anxiety, because I had exactly the same symptoms and more. I hurt my neck,I knew when and where it happened, but I still googled my symptoms. I typed in "my head feels too heavy for my neck",that led me to a MS forum. After reading the forum,I started to develop more MS symptoms (Cramps and clumsiness). The more I researched my new symptoms, the worse the disease got,I started off with a strained neck to having ALS all within a week. That was nearly 10 years ago Stephx, and I'm still here, and I didn't get any of them diseases that I was so terrified of. I still get the odd twitch every blue moon, but I've leaned  to ignore them, and they go within hours. I remember reading twitching was the first sign of Parkinsons,I hadn't suffered from twitching up until then, but as soon as I read the article,I got a funny feeling in my thumb and it began to twitch. Anxiety is like a fire, you keep on feeding it and it will never go out. If you want to get better, you must stop googling you symptoms. I hope you get better soon mate,if someone as weak minded as mean can recover than anyone can, good luck.

I don't think there was a part of my body where I didn't twitch (and I mean everywhere), I even got them in my butt cheaks. Like I posted,I very rarely get them now,but on the odd occasions I do,it's normally when I'm run down,or when I haven't slept well for a period of time. Once you've come to terms with the fact that anxiety is behind your symptoms they'll become less frequent, and eventually go (along with your other symptoms).
