Muscle twitches all over body??

So to give a bit of detail (or a lot..sorry) , two summers ago I was in great shape/health before I got C-diff, a gastro infection. Doctors told me it was just anxiety until I got so sick I literally could not eat and barely could walk. Had a long and drawn out recovery that I am still dealing with putting the weight back on from, almost a full year since I got rid of it. During around this time last year, i had another flare up with my stomach getting worse but something strange happened around this time, I started having random twitching. First it was small things like a jerky knee or my arm and especially my stomach fluttering. Ever since then it’s seemed to have gotten worse. Within the past few months it’s gotten to the point where it’s almost unbareable, first it got worse when I accidentally took a hit from laced weed which made it so bad that for a few months after I dealt with the feeling of a heart attack constantly. Went to the ER and cardiologists, had a bunch of tests and ruled out my heart as being the issue. How ever the shaking or twitching has grown to being ALL over, sometimes accompanied by painful sharp headaches. It feels sometimes as if bubbles are popping under my skin, fizzing, pins and needles, or more commonly the feeling the way your eye twitches except it’s all over, in random areas at different times. Back in December I also suffered from a pretty bad car accident as well as a concussion only a week before that. These two things definitely took a toll on my body, but I thought they would be better by now. I’m gaining the weight back, trying to get into therapy to see if it will lessen once I’m less stressed, and am planning on seeing doctors. I’m just confused as to wtf this could be. I got a blood test that says all my vitamins are normal as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!! This is not the way a 19 yr old girl should be living
