Muscle twitching after flu shot?

Hey guys! I've just wondering if anyone else experience fasciculations (muscle twitching) all over the body after a flu? Its been 2 months since i get better after Coronavirus, but these muscle contractions make me feel a little anxiously. I was feeling them and before in my life, but they were coming and going, but this time they are all over my body, including my back, stomach, head and etc... Ive noticed that are more intensive if i use some muscle and then put it in rest. Im trying to think that they will go away, but 2 months without improvement is a long time i guess.
