Muscle twitching when I move arm

Hi,

I recently noticed twitching in my tricep on my right arm when I leaned my forearms on my legs. The tricep also twitches when I bend my arm at the elbow. I have had twitches for years but this is the first one I recall that I can bring on with movement. I figure it must be an irritated nerve if it comes on when I press my forearm on my leg of bend my elbow? Anyone got any insight and should I be worried?
