MVD surgery in two days... SOOOO nervous!

Hello,

I am new to this forum and i have to say, reading all the comments and discussions on MVD and the horrible side effects has me a little freaked out! I have suffered from TN for a couple of years and seem to build tolerance to meds that are prescribed to me. My grandchildren live across the Country and flying to see them has been unbearable so I haven't went in awhile. i was so excited to meet with my neurosurgeon and have him tell me about this surgery and to get it done after waiting for a year due to Covid. Now I feel like my bubble has been completely burst! Any good outcomes out there??
