Haven't met anyone in years I really l like and recentley I did and my anxiety has messed it up and pushed her away. I care about her so much and no I think she might be seeing someone else but I am not sure my paranoia is so bad. I have learnt a hard lesson by being this was and so down I don't wanna live no more she means so much to me. I pray that I get another chance with her to show her the real me.

Hello Jon, Have you tried talking to this girl about how anxiety affects you, she may not know or understand. Give her a call and ask to meet for coffee and a chat, keep it neutral and ask her to listen to you. Tell her that it is not the real you and that anxiety takes over. It's worth a try.

Not really a good time to get into a relationship. You need to work on yourself more right now,

Hi there Jon, I had this exact problem up until about four days ago.

My now ex boyfriend didn't understand my anxiety even after discussing it with him.

My advice to you would be to take some time to yourself, become more happy within yourself and try not to base your happiness around a relationship.

I also went to the doctor as the situation made my anxiety worse and was diagnosed as having depression and anxiety (though I've known this myself for over two years) if you're really feeling this anxious about the situation maybe speaking to your doctor would help if you haven't already.
