My anus itches, and pus is coming out of it and it is painful, what is it and what should i do?

It has been one week now. It started with intense itching, and then pain. Then pus started oozing out of my anus. I took a picture and this is what it looks like. I went to the doctor, and we ran some tests but he said that what I have is an infection. Please what kind of infection is this? Has anyone gone through this before, and what can i do about it? Thanks

    hey tony this looks like it could be herpes . try to keep the area dry and clean. get in a warm bath with epson salt. then pat dry with towel if area is too painful use a blow dry or fan dry area. take a pain pill if its hurting too much. you can apply aloe vera gel to the area and vasline after you touch the area wash your hands before touching any other parts of your body. i hope this helps and i hope all is well

    Infection. It can come through bacteria on objects you use to shave our anus hairs, or it can come from sexual transmitted infection. I think you should try salt on your anus. You could try wart cream or spot cream on the anus. See a doctor before it gets worse.
