Hey Anna. I started to go for a walk, take a hot shower, do mindfulness, set aside a worry time and write down my worries, talk to people that I trust, do breathing exercises. Are you doing anything similar to manage your anxiety?

Hi Anna. Im 43 and have been dealing with anxiety for about 15 years now. Ive been able to manage it myself without medication up until about 2 weeks ago. What has helped me is warm showers, walks and i use an app called Calm. Breathing exercises help me as well. I actually went to the ER 3 times last week so i know exactly how you feel. My dr put me on medication now to try to get it undercontrol but im struggling with that too. Just know that you are not alone! I also made an appointment with a therapist for next week - trying to do anything to feel better. Even sitting outside in the sun helps a bit. Hope you feel better soon!
