My anxiety changes every month

Hey I wanted to ask like do anyone else's anxiety changes..first month I had body tremors and I always felt like I was off balance..now this month I have pain and pressure in my chest and I tend to have a dread run through my body if I feel like it's near my hurt and I tend to panic..can someone tell me is this what anxiety do?

    Hi @Quadteric , anxiety has over 100 symptoms the list goes on and on , and from what your saying you are feeling sounds like the typical anxiety feelings ,, there are so many , but what I usually do is goggle my symptoms , and nine tines out of ten the first thing the pops up is our good ol' friend 😩😩 anxiety .

      Yea same here..I need to stay off google tho cause I don't want to see something like heart diesese or brain tumor..just gonna cause more stress

      Nooo you won't see that , I know you won't , I had and have the same symptoms and been to the ER over seven tines in the past three months for heart palpitations and couldn't catch my breath and tightness in my chest , and a choking feeling like my throat is tightening up , among a lot of other feelings in my head and body , I had mri's, cat scans, bloom work , ekg's , etc . everything and every test came back normal doctors said I'm healthy , its all anxiety and of course I find that all these things that happen and are happening to me is anxiety , but that what it looking like !!!

      You are not alone , I'm having a hard time right now with this anxiety !!! I hate it too , its so tuff trying to make it through this , I need help like seriously, I feel like its going to kill me one way or another . I'm in tears right now , because i can not get my mind right and my head feels crazy I can't take this

      I'd give anything to just feel back to my normal self again , ANYTHING !!!!!!!!!

      You can get there. Remember how you used to be. Remember how happy you were. Use those times as benchmarks and aim for those. Any time when you have what I like to call a "moment of clarity" (when you know it's all in your head and when you know you could be happier), thrive in these moments and use them as stepping stones to get back to where you used to be.

    Anxiety effects seventy percent of your body so yes all kinds of symptoms can come and go. Once you no longer fear the reaction a new symptom or sifferent symptom will emerge. Go on Pinterest they have great help on there.

      That's so true what you said that once you no longer fear the reaction to one symptom , and ignore it , here comes a new symptom , that's crazy I hate it !!!

    I agree! my derealization was gone for a while yay then I started feeling weak couldn't breathe ugh I hate this so much !😭😭😭

    hi, if you have been diagnosed with anxiety then thats exactly what you have the awefull anxiety symptoms,your mind is so powerfull your actualy giving yourself the symptoms, train your mind, i would suggest a cbt course to help you, are you on meds, i and many others have had the same symptoms and more, i know feel so much better and thats mainly because i realised that i needed to understand anxiety and basicaly go with the flow.it will get better
