My anxiety is getting out of control, help

It all started when i began thinking about death last week. It scared me to think that i had to die some day and that there was nothing i could do about it. After i had that thought anxiety began flowing in my body, i started having panic atacks, i felt i was gonna die, negative and irrational fears began going through my mind. Everything scares me and i dont go out anymore. I dont feel hungry anymore, i became miserable in a very short time and i feel hopeless. Is there a way out of this anxiety? Am i going to become crazy?

Hey Isaac
No you won't go insane. 🙏Yes there's a way out of your Anxiety you have to get help. Its a obsessional thought. I have them too. If my brother leaves I will get sad and think, "what if I dont see him again." What if? We cant stress ourselves out. We need to be positive. Our mind is making us anxious. Therapy, counseling, start going outside. We all will die someday. Life is short. LIVE now. 🙌Don't stress yourself out about things that are out of your control. We can't control that. BUT we can control the present.👏Get help, learn ways to relax. You can relax yourself by imagining a scenery that calms you down. Like the beach. Imagine how the ocean sounds. 👍Listen to Beethoven, piano, violin, water sounds. Breathe. You can do it💪

Eat a little anyways if you're not hungry. Dont starve yourself. Don't feel hopeless you will get better but you need therapy, counseling. A trained therapist will help you change your worrying thoughts. Everything will be fine. People dont go crazy because of Anxiety, or panic attacks.

Nah,
Been there! Try breathing with stomach instead of chest. Your going thru the tough part of it. It will get better, promise. Listen to some mellow music. Don't drink anything with caffeine or booze
