My anxiety is to the point it’s affecting my daily life

hi, i thought that maybe coming here and talking about the way that i feel might help me a little. I have suffered with anxiety for a few years, it had gotten loads better however over the last 6-7 weeks it has gotten so bad again. It gets to the point where i have to start pacing a room because i lose my vision or i cant feel my body, i cant quite explain the feeling. I get severe pains in my stomach and i am on tablets for IBS but for some reason the pain and upset stomach is overridng it 😦 I have now caused myself to have headaches and constantly feeling sick. im so worried its something more than anxiety and i have a massive fear of death, i dont know what to do anymore to help myself or try to make myself less stressed?

have you tried cbt at all lovely I was like this still can be some days but I ride it out and I know that's not easy love mediation also helps me

I also have health anxiety as you. Sometimes I wake up gasping for air and having heart palpations and mistake them for diseases. But then I went to the ER and they did ECG and blood tests and said the problem only was anxiety and low blood pressure. Then I stopped searching on the internet and just started to live like a free person without anxiety again. Yes it can be scary, but don't be scared, God is with you and protect you and dont search on the internet, all the bad things come up first and does not show the normal things.

yes ive had the gasping for air multiple times, my anxiety affects my stomach and sometimes i can be doubled over in pain. thank you for your advice i really appreciate it, i will take it on board x

when this happens go on YouTube and look for some meditations for anxiety. Proper breathing is very important because it will relax you and lower the fast heart rate. also look for Joanne soft whispers meditations for anxiety, sleep etc. She is so soothing that I fall asleep without knowing it. we can actually make ourselves sick from over thinking and worrying. It’s definitely not worth it. Keep positive and do positive things. Take care
