My anxiety symptoms such as chest pain spreads to my left arm

I have pain at the left side of my chest which spreads to my left hand and sometimes makes my fingers at my left hand a little numb. This would seem like i may have a heart condition but i’ve already done an ecg, blood and thyroid test and all resulted to normal. Im wondering if its is normal for anxiety chest pain to cause pain and numbness to your left hand?

    i am also worried with the fact that the pain lasts for hours

    Yes these symptoms can all be due to anxiety neurosis. How severe is the pain from 0 to 10? Do you get tightness and breathless feelings?

      hm it would depend, however it is definitely not something extremely painful but the pain can be sharp. majority of the time the pain is dull. I would feel like i need to take extremely deep breaths here and then.
