my arms and fingers are spasing out on and off ..im losing it

MY right ulnar to thumb started first a week ago,just spasming out.Then stop for two days and starts itching on the arm in that spasm spot.Now both arms are twitching spasming on and off.Went to a free doctor bit he said there was nothing he can do ...just work it out.Cant afford a real doctor who would help me.No insurance...im poor...no free services anywhere that has neurologists.Guess I'm doom to die from some incurable illness.
