My aunt has Osteoporosis what can be done to relieve her extreme pain

My aunt of 88 years has had osteoporosis for years now.

Recently she went shopping and lifted her groceries from the boot of her car - reach up to close the boot and fractured her back- needless to say she is screaming with the pain. She is being treated at home with Morphine injections and oramorph three times daily - this relieves the pain but knocks her silly.

Her GP wants her to eventually take Paracetamol 8 per day !!!! Paracetamol does nothing for my back pain.

Does anyone have any idea what I can do to help her.

Thank you
