My bladder feels free only after ejaculation

I am a 15 year old boy. When I was 12 years old I started masturbating. When I turned 14 I started to have wet dreams. Over time they have become rarer to me. When my wet dreams started, premature ejaculation started. Every time I urinated I had a secretion in the ureter that bothered me. And every time I urinated after urinating I secreted secretions. I decided to stop masturbating forever. 1 month after I left it I started not feeling loose or bloating after urinating. I even urinate slowly. But after ejaculation I felt free. So it seems to me that the heaviness I feel is from the secretions I have or from the overflow with sperm. Because every time wet dreams happen my bladder is released. But this only happens for 2 - 3 and then the same story begins. Also these times after 1 year with these problems after urination I excrete something like urine but that is very similar to water. And I do not drink much water. And the strange thing is that after ejaculation I do not have the discomfort of this water after urination. I did an analysis of urethral secretions and they came up with a bacterium called: Staphylococcus spp but the doctor says that it is not a dangerous bacterium and that I have secretions from age. Has this happened to any of you and if you can help me.

      I have 1 year since I stopped masturbating but when I masturbated I masturbated about 2-3 times a week there were times when I masturbated 4-5.

      masturbation will help control the wet dreams

      try twice a week and see if that helps

      No I do not have the problem with wet dreams. They occur 1 to 2 times in 2 months. The problem is with slow urination, secretions and water that comes out after urinating

      They are like thick water and smell like sperm. When I did the secretion analysis I was exposed to a bacterium called staphylococcus spp but my doctor told me that the secretions were happening to me because of adolescence.
