Hello! Oh yes! Also my resting heart rate is like a rabbit! I have a checker at home...really not sure that it is accurate sometimes! I tend to run on the lower end. As long as it is not too high... you should be good... our BP changes every second... saw really interesting video about this recently...as long as not too high and kidneys working, breathing normal.

Yes, before peri menopause hit me I never had Blood Pressure issues. But with that being said and the extreme anxiety that PERI is giving me I ended up in the ER two weeks ago, my BP was 181/110. I now have Hypertension 2 and have to take Blood Pressure meds. They ran all other tests, kidneys, etc. and once again all came back normal. I saw my PCP yesterday for the anxiety and my BP was 160/88, still high. My PCP put me on Trazadone and I'm now out of work on FMLA. When the anxiety spikes I have to rest because my heart rate goes off the wall. This menopause has literally ruined my life, emotionally and physically. If I come out of this alive it will be a damn miracle. I certainly don't want to scare anyone but keep an on your blood pressure. Take care 😃

'If I come out of this alive it will be a damn miracle'....

      Thats exactly how I feel.

I can't remember when last I've have had a normal week health-wise, for nearly 2 years everyday single day if its not extreme fatigue, crashing fatigue, aches, sore joints sore thoat, gums and teeth and nausea, The dizziness, palpitations, anxiety, and depression have calmed down thank goodness, fingers crossed they stay away, my blood pressure is also back to normal... out of the blue mine was borderline high 159/113.

I just want to feel normal again.

Yes.. About a year ago I started checking after a blood vessel in my eye broke. I would check at the stores I was at, at my moms house and with the one I had bought for myself. I think I was a little OCD about it, making myself more anxious. But then when I was at the Dr's or even my dentist, it would be OK , nothing alarming! So I finally told myself to STOP and just focus on breathing, stretching and eating foods known to help. I take many supplements and magnesium is one of them. I haven't checked in awhile but I'm sure it's fine.

Yeah I am at the point where I am nervous about checking it and haven't checked it in a while. I was getting a bit paranoid about it and that made things worse. I didn't start having issues with it until peri hit me too. Our bodies just go crazy at this tin

My BP was edging up. Scared to death. PA told me to reduce salt and exercise. I also lost some weight. I then started taking beet root powder every am. The last time I had it checked it was really good. It will go up during a panic attack. I work very hard to keep anxiety in check. I take a lot of magnesium calcium with vit D. I also use topical magnesium.

But the beet root powder really helps. You can a big can of it for about 15.00. Good investment.

ok so just had a hospital stay for irregular EKG. All test came back normal after staying overnight. Chest pain they said might just be due to stress and blood pressure.
