My body doesn't move the way it should?

Hello!

I (21M) had an issue for the last two years involving a weird sensation in my body.    For whatever reason it feels like my body doesn't move "naturally" or "fluid" like it used to.  For example,  I used to wave or nod when something happened and didn't need to think about it, but now it feels like I have to manually do it.  When that happens, it looks out of place and weird (if that makes any sense).   Like my brain forgot how to do it or something.

I also have a ton of brain fog and some weird throat tightness.

I'm not too worried about any of this, but I just want to know why it happens.  I can't seem to find a specific symptom involving this "movement disorder".

Thank you!

    Hi Hun ,

    1) Have you gone to see a doctor? Have they done any testing? If not think you should see a doctor asp. It could get worse as you don’t I read on here about brain fog and swollowing stuff from a few patience in here but was trying to find it . They also had some fatigue. Ask the dr to run some test blood work and mri , cat scan maybe even X-ray plz this doesn’t sound normal . Why are u after two years waiting Hun ? I’ll try and find out if any thing but plz see a doctor.
