My boyfriend has chiari and i need help

Today we were on the phone and he was talking then randomly said something off subject. then he laughed thought it was funny and i was worried about him so i started looking it up but couldn’t find anything. Then not even 5 minuets after that he said something random again and i’m really worried about him. i need help on what to do when this happens and answers as to what it is and why it happens.. please help me

    I dont think this can be explained by the CM. Deciding what to say is performed by much higher parts of the brain (Prefrontal cortex), which is nowhere near the part affected by a CM.

    Every one effected differently best thing to do is, get him to see specialist, ensure he can get appointment for MRI/Scan, it would be now what he has also explain what is going on from then they will be able to diagnose him properly
