We were gonna get married, so I had a truck and a motorcycle that it needs to be insured and I didn't have the money for, he offered to do it so I transfered everything on his name, now he is not communicating at all with me and I lost my vehicles, please help me and tell me what should I do to make him come back, he is an ex-marine and he always been honest and loving.

He needs treatment so all you can do is wait and be contacted again if that happens He would need to see his GP
A treatment pathway will need to be arranged

Go to the Police and explain what has happened, you may also need to talk to a Solicitor to get compensated.
You could in the second instant, discuss this problem with CAB (Citizens Advice) They will explain the options open to you.
Generally speaking you could g to a solicitor, the first hour used to be free for advice.
