MY BRAIN FEELS LIKE IT'S UNDER CONSTRUCTION ALL THE TIME!

I feel like I cant catch a breath sometimes . My nervous system has been in overdrive since August 2020. I lose the ability to control the muscles in my legs, my head feels as though my veins are being constricted and blown up at the same time. Its so much pressure in my head. It has been a daily struggle just to get out of bed and even eat. I try to push myself to go on walks and drive to the park but after a short while I start to get horrible headaches and my vision I starts to wander and I feel very uneasy. I'm not sure how much longer I can go on with this, is too painful. I know it isn't anxiety, what could be wrong? I've tried antidepressants, multivitamins, and eating right, but nothing has stopped the physical pain in my brain and body. Even when I'm laying down all of this is still going on and I can get no relief. Has anyone experience this or know anyone who has? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
