I'm not familiar with drop attacks but my heart goes out to your brother. It must be devastating to live like that not knowing when an episode may occur. I had meniere's disease for more than 8 years which made my life miserable until I had a labrynthectomy. Although I have to live with an unsteady walk I am much better. Please have your brother follow up with an otologist (more advanced than an ENT). Good luck to you and God bless.

Thanks! It has been a nightmare. Currently looking into a Cervical Chiropractor Specialist in the Blair Technique. Some small ray of hope! God Bless you!

i'm so sorry your brother has these new symptoms. I've had MD for over 20 years but never drop attacks. However, things have changed over the years and I have developed new things (increased tinnitus, hearing loss, etc) So, changes are a part of this disease. I agree, check out different specialists. The chiro sounds promising.

Take heart that this will be managed. Just don't stop pushing for answers. The timeframe is unpredictable but this may also subside.

Best of luck and try not to worry.
