My butthole is purple, perhaps hemorrhoids? It hurts

Im a 22 year old male. the cut spot near my finger was from a hemorroid, at least i think, i never went to the doctors. It thrombosed and bursted 1 month ago and i was bleeding but it stopped. It feels like theres still something small thats under it but it could be thatvits still just healing. ive been having butthole irritations for the past 2 weeks which i assumed was due to stress applying to grad schools because once i finished applying it went away. it wasnt really pain but more like there was a constant pressure. today my butthole started hurting once again but this time its different. its near the spot that the hemorroid bursted. So i took a picture to see and i seen that my butthole has a lot of purple. whats wrong and ahould i contact my doctor?
