My Cauda Equina Story so far 3.5 months post laminectomy

Hello all,

I would like to share my experience dealing with my Cauda Equina. I know hearing others experiences has helped me "deal with this".

pre Cauda Equina

I am a 29 year old 305 lb 6ft tall male. smoker (doc said it could of been a contributing to spine cord injury.)

I have had trouble in the past with back pain, nothing too alarming. Usually would come and go lasting maybe 2-3 weeks at a time and would resolve itself with bed rest and taking it easy.

Also woul. coming out of the pandemic i weighed 355 lbs before i started to lose weight on my own no shortcuts. I called the trNf oka
